One of the biggest advantages of this method is that it is often referred to as "Teeth in a Day." In most cases, a temporary set of functional teeth can be attached to the implants on the same day as the surgery. After a healing period of 3–4 months (osseointegration), your final, high-quality permanent bridge will be fitted.

The procedure is typically performed under local anesthesia or sedation, so you should not feel any pain during the surgery. Afterward, some minor swelling or discomfort is normal, but this can be easily managed with standard pain medication prescribed by your dentist.

With proper oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups, the dental implants themselves are designed to last a lifetime. The prosthetic bridge attached to the implants is highly durable and typically lasts 10–15 years or more before needing any maintenance or replacement.

Most patients who are missing an entire arch of teeth or have failing teeth are excellent candidates. Because the implants are angled, this technique is often possible even for patients with significant bone loss who were told they weren't candidates for traditional implants.
